I have EEXPRESS v5.57, but is not running in my laptop. This is a Windows XP software, but when I try to start the program, once loaded a windows warning comes up saying that this is a Spanish version to use only in Spain. Well, I am of course in Spain and both type and area of Windows is set in Spain and GMT. It seems to be a software problem in EEXPRESS software.
I have no idea how to solve this problem. Could you please help me?

If the only requirement for the application is the regional setting, then you need to double check exactly if Spain and Spanish language is correctly set up in the Regional Settings.
First go to Control Panel and search for Regional and click on Region and language. From the Format menu select Spain, then click on Location and choose Spain as well. Additionally, add Spain as an input language in the Keyboards section and change the system locale to Spain from Administrative.
